Core Operational Capabilities
Vayura delivers an industry-aligned flight operations suite built on tightly integrated modules spanning planning, crew, and day-of-operations control. Rather than isolated point solutions, the platform provides a unified operational core that keeps decisions connected, traceable, and actionable across the airline lifecycle—enabling airlines to operate with speed, clarity, and control.
Aircraft Management Suite
The Aircraft Management Suite provides airlines with an integrated capability to design routes, build operationally feasible schedules, and optimize aircraft assignment. By aligning network planning with real-world constraints, it maximizes fleet utilization, reduces operational risk, and creates a strong foundation for reliable day-of-operations performance.
- Flight Routes - Defines and manages the airline’s route network with validation for distance, aircraft compatibility, airport restrictions, and regulatory constraints. Provides a reliable structural foundation for schedule planning and network feasibility.
- Schedule Creation - Builds season and ad-hoc flight schedules with automated checks for turnaround times, curfews, fleet availability, and conflicts. Enables planners to simulate scenarios and produce operations-ready schedules aligned with network strategy.
- Aircraft Assignment - Optimizes fleet and tail assignment by matching aircraft capabilities, maintenance requirements, and operational constraints. Supports swap recommendations and rapid reassignment to maximize utilization and maintain schedule integrity.
- Crew Management Suite - The Crew Management Suite delivers end-to-end automation of crew planning, compliance, and day-of-operations control. It ensures every crew assignment is legal, optimized, and aligned with operational needs while improving utilization, reducing manual effort, and enhancing crew visibility through self-service tools.
Crew Management Suite
The Crew Management Suite delivers end-to-end automation of crew planning, compliance, and day-of-operations control. It ensures every crew assignment is legal, optimized, and aligned with operational needs while improving utilization, reducing manual effort, and enhancing crew visibility through self-service tools.
- Crew Training and Compliance - Tracks crew qualifications, certifications, medicals, and recurrent training to ensure full regulatory compliance. Automatically validates crew eligibility against aircraft type, route requirements, and authority rules before assignment.
- Crew Pairings - Generates optimized crew pairings by combining flights into legally compliant duty sequences. Considers FTL limits, base constraints, hotel/rest rules, and cost efficiency to produce operations-ready pairings.
- Crew Rostering - Builds monthly or bid-period rosters by assigning pairings to crew while respecting seniority, preferences, leave, and regulatory constraints. Balances crew utilization, fairness, and operational coverage.
- Roster Publish - Distributes finalized rosters through controlled publishing workflows with version management and audit trails. Ensures crews receive accurate, timely schedule visibility with support for updates and revisions.
- Crew Kiosk - Provides a self-service crew portal (web/mobile) for roster viewing, acknowledgments, leave requests, and real-time updates. Enhances crew engagement while reducing manual coordination by crew control.
- FTL Rules - Implements configurable Flight Time Limitation rules compliant with DGCA/EASA/FAA frameworks. Continuously monitors duty, rest, and cumulative limits to prevent illegal crew assignments.
- Notifications - Delivers automated alerts for roster changes, disruptions, reporting times, and compliance risks via email, SMS, or app push. Keeps crew and controllers informed in real time to improve operational responsiveness.
- Non flying Duties - Manages non-flying assignments such as standby, airport standby, office duty, training days, and positioning. Ensures full visibility of crew availability while maintaining legality and utilization balance.
Day of Operations control Suite
The Day of Operations Suite provides real-time operational control and network visibility for OCC teams. It continuously monitors flights, aircraft, and crew, predicts disruption impact, and enables rapid recovery actions to protect schedule integrity and minimize passenger and operational disruption.
- Flight Status - Provides real-time visibility of flight progress across the network with milestone tracking from gate-out to arrival. Consolidates updates from multiple sources to give OCC teams a single, reliable operational view.
- Aircraft Movement Control - Monitors and manages aircraft rotations, ground movements, and turnaround readiness in real time. Ensures alignment between planned and actual aircraft positioning to support smooth day-of-ops execution.
- Delay Propagation - Automatically evaluates how delays impact downstream flights, aircraft rotations, and crew duties. Highlights risk early and enables proactive recovery decisions to minimize network disruption.
- Flight Plan Integration - Integrates operational flight plans, weather, and NOTAM data into the live operations environment. Supports dispatch and OCC with accurate, up-to-date flight readiness information.
- Alert Management - Generates configurable real-time alerts for operational risks such as delays, misconnects, crew legality, and aircraft conflicts. Prioritizes issues to help controllers focus on what needs immediate action.
- Crew Control and Tracking - Provides live visibility of crew assignments, duty status, and legality during operations. Enables crew controllers to quickly identify risks and take corrective actions during disruptions.
- Aircraft Disruption Handling - Supports rapid aircraft swaps, reassignment, and recovery scenario evaluation when irregular operations occur. Helps OCC teams restore schedule integrity while minimizing passenger and network impact
